Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that life happens. Your time is valuable and so is ours. Let's commit to keeping all scheduled appointments so we can ensure you're getting the time and support needed. However, if something should come up, please make sure you are familiar with the policy details below. Please note, deposits are collected at the time the appointment is scheduled and will be applied to the session balance that is due prior to the start time of your scheduled appointment.

If a cancellation is required by Dr. Cook because of Dr. Cook for any unforeseen reason, your deposit and full payment if already collected will be fully credited and applied to your next coaching appointment. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment for any reason after scheduling, your deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. Being more than 10 minutes late to your session .is considered as a no-show. You will be charged fully for the session. Repeated cancellations or no shows may warrant dismissal from future services.

All paid coaching and support services require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your balance. The balance will be charged in full at the time of your appointment. Should you have any concerns about your experience, please immediately communicate with Dr. Cook.
