Third-Party Ad Networks & Opting-Out Our website uses third party cookies and other technologies from Google Analytics. 1. You      must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to sign up for or      otherwise participate in any mobile text programs offered by Empower      Motivate Create LLC. Please see the “Use by Children” section of this      Privacy Policy for more information.
2. There      is no fee to receive messages from us; however, your carrier’s message and      data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider. Charges are      billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your      prepaid account. Consent to receive text messages from us is not required      or a condition of purchasing any goods or services at Empower Motivate      Create LLC
3. By      providing your mobile number, you consent to receive up to 2 automated      text messages to complete your sign-up. You will receive recurring      messages. You can unsubscribe from these reminders at any time.

8. Empower      Motivate Create LLC reserves the right to remove mobile text program      subscribers from its messaging database at its sole discretion. Further,      these mobile terms and conditions are subject to change at any time      without notice.

Security Empower Motivate Create LLC takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Because no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us or the security of our servers or databases. We further do not control any third parties’ websites or other security measures. 

By using the Services, you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you use the Services.
